Cinnamon and Oats

- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 3½ cups water
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¾ cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon milk
Select the Sauté mode on the Instant Pot, add the butter and melt it.
Add the oats, stir, and toast for 3 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt and the water, cover the Instant Pot and cook on the Manual
setting for 10 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally for 5 minutes and uncover the Instant Pot.
Add the raisins, stir, and set the dish aside. In a bowl, mix the
cinnamon with brown sugar and stir.
In another bowl, mix the white sugar with the cream cheese and milk and stir well.
Transfer the oats mixture to breakfast bowls and top each with the cinnamon mixture and cream cheese mixture.
